Sell sheet /fundraiser
ordering instructions

1. Go to the area of our website where you can choose your sport and design.
2. Decide which items you wish to sell, artwork, and print or embroider locations.
3. Contact salesman for quotes.
4. Decide on profit margin for
   sale price.
5. Determine return date to mark on sell sheet and any special instructions.
6. Our graphic department will create and proof your
   order form.
7. Approve the order form (note any changes to be made) print and hand out to players, boosters,students, etc.
   (NOTE: Once approved, we can
   have them printed for you, for
   an additional fee, or we will email you the file for you to print as many copies as you need.)
8. Collect order forms with payment and place your order (return all sell sheets) BANK YOUR PROFIT!
9. Orders will be processed, bagged, and labeled for your convenience.
10. We will contact you upon completion of order for pick up or shipment
